If you find a lower price on an identical item at a local or online competitor (including shipping and delivery fees), simply show us the competitor’s current ad—whether it's a printout, photo, or displayed on your smartphone—and we’ll match their price!

Exclusions
Our price match policy does not apply to certain brands, installation services, or items that are closeout, discontinued, clearance, refurbished, used, or damaged. Additionally, we limit matches to reasonable quantities, and this offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

How to Request a Price Match
To request a price match, contact our team via phone, email, or live chat. Once you provide the details of the item and the competitor's price, we’ll verify the information before completing the price match.

Proof of Price
To successfully request a price match, you’ll need to provide proof of the competitor’s price. Acceptable forms of proof include:

• The entire printed advertisement
• A photo or photocopy of the ad
• A digital version of the ad
• A link to the online price from the competitor’s website

Please note that our price match will include any shipping and delivery fees. For example, if a competitor lists an item at $500 with $50 shipping, the matched price would be $550.

Stock Requirements
The competitor’s item must be in stock at the time you request the price match.

Bulk Purchases
We reserve the right to limit price match requests to reasonable quantities. If you’re looking to make a bulk purchase, please contact our team for potential volume discounts.
