Warranty & Replacements

REPLACEMENT PROCESS FOR DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

While it is rare to receive a shipment with damage or missing items, the following scenarios are possible:

  • Visible damage (damaged container/crate)
  • Concealed damage (damaged contents, with undamaged container)
  • Missing item in shipment

Visible damage or item shortages must be reported on the delivery receipt (be as specific as possible).

Concealed damage or missing items, discovered upon opening packaging, must be reported within 42 hours of delivery.

LaCasa Wellness shall request replacement from the manufacturer on the customer’s behalf for any damaged or missing parts, provided the customer provides notification of the damage or item shortage within 48hours of shipment delivery. Claims received after that time will not be honored.

WARRANTY - LACASA BLACK SERIES 

LaCasa Wellness offers a five (5) year parts warranty on the La Casa Black Series Sauna, covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. This includes electrical components (heating system, control panel), structural parts (wood panels, hardware), and accessories like backrests and handles. The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, normal wear and tear, or external factors like accidents or natural disasters. To file a claim, proof of purchase is required, and repairs or replacements will be handled by authorized technicians. This non-transferable warranty applies only to the original purchaser. WARRANTY - DUNDALK PRODUCTS

Dundalk Leisure Craft Inc. warrants saunas against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of three (3) years from the date of receipt of the product by the original end-user consumer.

This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions.

This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance of the sauna (eg. tightening bands on the barrels, cleaning or staining the sauna). Refer to your sauna assembly manual for maintenance guidelines.

This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence and the manufacturer and associated retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product.

This warranty is a parts only warranty and any service or labor costs would not be considered as part of the 3 year warranty.

WARRANTY - HARVIA HEATERS

This HARVIA SAUNA heater is guaranteed for one year from date of purchase, and includes all heater parts such as heating elements, controls, contactors, etc.

This guarantee covers faults in manufacture and material only, and includes the exchange of new parts supplied by the manufacturer or importer, after the faulty part has been returned to same. The replacement of parts under warranty does not extend the warranty period beyond the original one year.

The guarantee does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear, defects caused by improper installation, poor maintenance, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions for installation, use and care, or alterations made to the Sauna product. This guarantee is void if the heater is used improperly, pool or spa water should not be poured over the Sauna stones, as chemicals are harmful to the heater; the Sauna room must be heated for at least 30 minutes before water is poured over the stones; only one or two dippers full of water should be poured over the hot stones at one time. This guarantee will be void if a shower has been installed in the Sauna room.

This guarantee does not cover delivery costs of the faulty part or costs of the person carrying out the repair in the field. This guarantee will be void if installation and wiring is not carried out by a certified electrician or authorized and qualified service repsesentative, who must sign below.
